Renee, Brittany, and Stephanie met in February 2024 at the Principles First Summit in Washington, D.C. Each a business owner, they have 50+ years of experience building and funding programs, campaigns, and non-profits. They founded Women4U.S. to fill a void in the organization and outreach to center-right women. They are doers, they are builders, they are eager to make a difference.

Renee Lafair is the founder of the Primary Project, a unique initiative seeking to disrupt primaries by empowering centrists to succeed in these crucial early stages of elections. Formerly the Director of the Austin regional office of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) until 2023, Renee led initiatives including the Austin/Travis County Hate Crimes Task Force and No Place for Hate, receiving the FBI Director's Community Leadership Award in 2021. Renee is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MPP from Princeton University.

Brittany Prime founded Prime Strategies LLC in 2023 following a 15-year career in political fundraising and consulting. After a dozen years raising money for Republican candidates and causes, on January 6, 2021, she founded Protect the Center to support members of Congress and candidates who value bipartisan solutions more than party ideology. The next year, she joined No Labels to fight for the commonsense majority and those who often feel politically homeless, until the fall of 2023. Brittany is a graduate of the University of Virginia and resides in Washington, D.C.

Stephanie Sharp was a U.S. Senate staffer, lobbyist, and campaign worker before being elected at 26 to the Kansas House of Representatives. She then served two terms on the Johnson County Community College Board and nearly 20 years as a Republican Precinct Committeewoman. As a frequent presenter on voter and policymaker engagement, Sharp is known for “Translating Politics Into English”. She created the VoteSharp CRM for public servants to build and grow authentic voter relationships. Stephanie holds degrees from Southwestern College and George Washington University.
